WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-orders are orders taken prior to release of a product or project. Because we do not store credit card information, payment is taken at point of sale.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
We will do our best to ensure all pre-orders are shipped in time to arrive prior to or on release day.
*Due to COVID, shipping times could be delayed.
MY ORDER HASN’T SHIPPED YET; CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Orders cannot be combined once submitted. Please submit a new order for your additional items and email email@example.com.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?
Please follow the return/exchange instructions below within 7 business days of recieving your shipment.
If you have received damaged or incorrectly shipping merchandise, we will glady replace or refund the merchandise.
If you are no longer satisfied with your purchase, shipping and handling fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.
All items must be returned in their original conditions and must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.
All refunds or exchanges must be requested within 10 business days to avoid a $5.00 restocking fee.
The EVOLSI store is not responsible for any items returned via a non-trackable delivey method which may be lost in transit.
RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order confirmation number
- Specify return or exchange
- First and Last Name
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- What are you returning and why?
Once your return has been received, we will exchange your item or credit your credit card accordingly. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be processed.
CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 1 hour of your order being placed.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response when sending an inquiry via email.
